How It Works
Scheduling an appointment:  All appointments will be made over the phone. Feel free to give us a call and we would be thrilled to go over any scheduling questions that you may have. What to expect from a home visit: When a veterinarian visits your home, you can expect a calm, personalized experience designed to keep your pet as comfortable as possible. We come directly inside your home, allowing your pet to stay in a familiar environment while we perform the exam and any needed services. For cat appointments, we ask that your feline friend be placed in a small, enclosed room—such as a bathroom or bedroom—before we arrive. This helps prevent hiding, reduces stress, and ensures a smooth, efficient visit. Once we’re inside, we’ll take time to get to know your pet, review their health history, and provide gentle, attentive care right where they feel safest. Payment and policies: Payment for all services is due at the time they are rendered, and we strive to make the process as simple and convenient as possible for our clients. We currently accept debit cards, credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle as payment options. Because our appointments are reserved exclusively for you and require travel and preparation, we kindly ask that clients review our policies prior to their visit to ensure a smooth and efficient experience. Our goal is to provide transparent, stress‑free care from start to finish.
